We will start our session with an initial evaluation which will be in the form of an interview we will ask you a few questions then we will formulate a plan that helps you achieve your goals.
We understand the complexity of achieving your goals, consultations are oriented to be an educational discussion on your current situation, for example, how to develop a habit of sticking to your regiment, key points to keep in mind on what to expect as you go along your journey, and lastly what signs & symptoms to look out for (in case of) during “Home Exercise Program” (HEP), or an allergic reaction.
